  21. The database only allows 250 transactions for future years (ie, not
  22. the year that displays when you start Pha$ar).  At this time of year,
  23. your are running for last year unless you do the end of year cleanup.
  24. By now you should be getting pretty close.  Your system is probably
  25. set for 1995.  The end of year cleanup will remove all transactions
  26. for 1995 that have been confirmed, update your budget figures, and
  27. other wonderful stuff.  Before you run the update make a backup of
  28. Phasar.reg _IN ANOTHER DIRECORY_ with the name Phasar.reg, for your
  29. tax and other historical processing.
